     With the purpose of broadening of spectrum of services, related to activity of subjects of entrepreneurial activity in the process of business projects realization in 2006 a legal branch was created. The basic direction of activity is solution of disputes in the sphere of taxation, connections with customs, and relations in the sphere of copyrights. Moreover the specialists of the firm are provided with consultation services in other fields of law.
     The basic forms of organization of work of the firm are the programs «Subscriber service» and «Legal audit», besides the specialists of the firm carry out a legal aid in the case of tax inspection verifications or by other supervisory organs.

 

Program „Subscriber service”.
Subscriber service is the program which gives a complex of legal services for the fixed monthly payment. A monthly payment is set by arrangement between parties; its amount does not change depending on a volume and complication of provided services.
Package „Lawyer” is a package which foresees complex legal accompaniment of Your Enterprise activity. Package „Lawyer” includes:
  • Carrying out of verbal and writing consultations, elucidations;
  • participation in different negotiations, related to the activity of Your Enterprise, and with foreign partners including;
  • elaboration of covenants, agreements, contracts of any kind, other documents of legal character;
  • realization of legal examination of covenants, agreements, contracts of any kind, other documents of legal character;
  • assertion and present of interests of Your Enterprise is in central and local executive public authorities, in relationships with the enterprises of any pattern of ownership.
Program „Legal audit”.
A legal audit is the program which foresees conducting of complex of legal analysis of activity of Your enterprise, with the purpose of exposure and removal of blanks in activity arrangement of enterprise from the legal point of view.
A legal audit is conducting of legal estimation of economic activity of enterprise, which allows defining possible risks for an enterprise, to estimate them and develop ways on their minimization or removal.
The purpose of conducting of legal audit is giving to a leader, shareholders, proprietors the reliable information about the legal constituent of activity of enterprise which can provide for:
  • examination of corporate documents;
  • examination of labor legislation observance;
  • revision of conditions of the economic agreements with the contractors of enterprise for the purpose of observance of requirements of civil legislation and interests of an enterprise;
  • estimation of materials of cases at any stage of judicial trial.
Coming from interests of Client (Customer of legal audit) duration and detailed elaboration of conducting of legal audit in every special case can be different.
